About Us:  H2-CA.com is a private web site published by Doug Dumitru.  I am a Fuel Cell driver in Orange County, California.  You can contact me via email at doug ... @ ... dumitru.com

Privacy:  H2-CA.com does not collect any information beyond standard web server logs.  These logs may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you access.  We do not sell or give this log information to any third parties, nor do we use this information for any in-house marketting purposes.  None of this information is personally identifiable.

Cookies:  Currently, we do not use cookies at all.  Over time, as we add functionality to our site, we may use cookies to manage "sessions" for functions that require you to login with an account.

Account Logins:  In the future, we plan to add functionality that may require a personal login for you to access certain functions.  These logins and your account details are maintained on a private server in a data center in Pennsylvania.  Account detail information is not shared with any third parties, even advertisers.  We only have the information that you submit and do not combine your account information with other publicly available data.  Account logins may use "session cookies" to track you, but only while you are logged in.  These sessions reset with every visit and are not used for long-term tracking.

Third Party Advertising and Third Party Cookies:  H2-CA.com may serve or link to syndicated advertising via Google.  Those advertisers may have their own privacy and cookie policy.  Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google Advertising Opt-out Page. Users may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics Opt-out Page. Users may opt out of third party vendor use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-out Page.

Data Sources: Data is from the California Fuel Cell Partnership. Stations report to the CAFCP servers at varying intervals. H2-CA.com pulls from the CAFCP site every 60 seconds. We are careful to keep our load on the CAFCP servers low and using H2-CA.com actually off-loads the workload on the state site.
